We have a 30-day free return policy, which means we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase and you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return without being charged the return fee. If you initiate a return request more than 30 days after your purchase, you will be charged 10% of the order amount for restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our detailed requirement about the returned item is as described below:

  • All returns must include the following or they will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:
  • Original Condition, no physical damage (exclude damages sustained during transportation)
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, etc.
  • Original UPC/serial number intact on product and on retail package (Proof of Purchase)


Additional Requirements:

  • All return or replacement requests will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received by us 
  • Shipment received with visible damages must be reported to us within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date. 
  • All returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals, warranty registration cards, original manufacturer packing materials, and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.
  • You are required to ship the returned products with sufficient shipping packaging and void-fill material inside to prevent the product from being physically damaged during return transportation or you will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result in the return being rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by us.
  • Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
  • Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. we will refund you back to your method of payment.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Contact us at support@lincplustech.com.
  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
If you paid the order but you don't want to buy the item after the purchase, you can request a refund by messaging us in the website homepage or emailing us at support@lincplustech.com. We will deal with your request in 1-3 business days. And you can get a full refund with zero cost once your refund request is approved.
For other types of refund requests, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
